Dieter le Noir is a general practitioner from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) School of Medicine. After graduating, his interest in learning about other medical systems took him to different countries to study oriental medicine, therapeutic nutrition, naturopathy with a homeopathic approach, integrative and ayurvedic medicine, anthroposophy, biodynamic agriculture and permaculture.
In 1995, he started his private medical practice in Mexico to bring his patients closer to holistic medicine that fuses knowledge of both traditional and modern medical systems.
In 1998 he began the Rancho La Paz project in Valle de Bravo, a space for the regeneration of the land and the cultivation of medicinal and edible plants. With a commitment to strengthening the health of his patients, in 2002, he launched Dervital, a herbal line based on extracts of these plants.
In 2010 he co-founded with Miguel Limón and Yolanda Suárez del Real Fundación Valle La Paz. This non-profit civil association works with rural communities in Valle de Bravo, State of Mexico. The foundation promotes the production and consumption of organic food to improve nutrition and strengthen children's health. Currently, the foundation serves nutritious breakfasts to children in the communities of Mesa Rica, El Manzano and La Huerta San Agustín.
In 2012, he co-founded Flor de la Paz IAP, a foundation dedicated to soil regeneration and the cultivation of medicinal plants for organic teas that are marketed in Mexico. The profits obtained go entirely to the regeneration of the land in the Valle de Bravo watershed.
In 2019, he founded Cultiva Salud, an initiative designed to raise awareness about health and share the tools necessary to strengthen the body's self-healing capacity and thus achieve an overall state of balance. Backed by 30 years of professional experience, Cultiva Salud is also an online educational platform available to all interested in understanding the basics of health and connecting the body and well-being.
